Emotions are painful and they demand to be felt. Many times they consume our thoughts and can even manifest in a physical form causing us both emotional and physical pain. Many times we don’t know what to do or how to cope with a painful emotion.

This recording has been formulated to help you find a calm place within you in order to gain space from an emotion and release it. By becoming an observer in your life you can separate from experiencing the emotions. Thereby, allowing them to be discharged and you to move forward feeling calmer, more relaxed, and in control.
