Stress Management Training Assessment

You can shift your stress quickly when you understand your stress response state better with this assessment.

The Stress Management Assessment is the first part of our stress management training. This is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables clients to understand how they view the world, attitudes toward experiences they have, behaviors in relation to certain experiences, and overall solution-finding capabilities.  This assessment can be implemented for personal use or within a team or corporate setting in order to improve group dynamics and functionality.

About the Assessment

The Stress Management Assessment is an attitudinal assessment, which is based on an energy/action model. This assessment differs from personality assessments (such as the Mayers Brigg Assessment) as it is not intended to label a person and have them work well within that label.

Instead, it measures your level of energy based on your attitude, or perception and perspective of your world. Because attitude is subjective, it can be altered. By working with together using the results of your assessment., you can alter your attitude and perspective, make a shift in your consciousness, and increase your energy and leadership effectiveness.

Assessment Results

The Stress Management Assessment will provide you with your energetic profile. Your energetic profile provides insight into the filter or lens in how you see and experience the world around you. Within the Energetic Profile you will learn about your primary and secondary resonating states. These are the states that we experience when we are void of emotional and physical triggers. Alternatively, the assessment will provide you with information about your stress response states and what happens to you under stress. By becoming aware of your resonating states and stress response states you will be able to disengage the stress response and move quickly into a more beneficial state pending the situation. By increasing your energy level you can increase your satisfaction in your life.

Simply stated, this assessment provides you with a quick and effective tool to be happier.

"ENERGY CAN NEITHER BE CREATED NOR DESTROYED. ONLY CHANGED FROM ONE FORM TO ANOTHER.

Two Types of Energy

There are two types of energy 1) Anabolic and 2) Catabolic. Both are very useful at different times, but the way in which they can present and effect us in our lives in rather drastic.

Catabolic energy is a destructive. It breaks down cells, and it breaks down people.  (This can be positive if a lion is chasing you and you need energy broken down from the body. however, it is mainly not a great thing in daily life. All of our negative thoughts are catabolic. Catabolic energy helps us play the victim rather than a person of action who gets results.  Unless we make an effort to release catabolic energy, it keeps us in unhealthy patterns and stops us from realizing our full potential.

Anabolic energy is creative. It builds cells and helps people grow. Anabolic energy heals and enables us to see things the way they are, which is neither good nor bad, but rather experience that help us learn and better ourselves. It enables us to feel joy and realize our potential. A natural state of our body is anabolic.
